Thanks to all have contributed to the ride, especially the Baltimore City Fire Department Emerald Society and The Baltimore Fire Officer's Local 964. As of this post it looks as if we will have 16 riders leaving San Francisco CA on August 1,2006. Five riders from New York, Five from Washington D.C. and 6 from assorted other Fire Departments including myself.
I will update this site from the road whenever I get the chance. I hope I can share this experience by posting photos and journal entries as I go.
