Welcome to Steve Geraghty's Blog. This site has been created to document my experiences during the 2006 "Ride to Remember" cross country bicycle journey. The ride is in honor of those individuals who gave their lives on 9/11/2001. The ride will start in San Francisco and will end near the Pentagon in Arlington Va. on 9/11/06. San Francisco

Arrived in San Francisco 7/29. Staying with cousins Tom and Theresa and their wonderful children Emily and Jack. This photo taken as Tom was promising to get the kids a dog just like this one.

Tom and Theresa live in the Town of Burlingame. Everyday it is sunny mid 70's with no humidity. From their neighborhood you can see San Francisco in the distance.

Tonight I meet with the other riders in San Francisco and leave tomorrow for Sacramento.
